We may collect contact details you choose to send us, basic account information when accounts are enabled, product usage events, support messages, and data needed to provide requested export or workspace features.

Instagram and workspace data

Sorty The Sidekick is designed to process user-initiated scans of supported Instagram profile tabs and export selected research to user-controlled destinations. We do not ask for Instagram passwords.

How we use information

We use information to provide Sorty The Sidekick, manage beta access, support users, improve reliability, process subscriptions, and operate requested integrations such as Google Sheets or workspaces.
